Think of the most valuable assets a company creates. Of course, we think of the offer, the list, branding, etc. But as I've begun buying companies, if they don't have some kind of distribution channel that they've created, my interest in purchasing drops heavily.

I'm looking at the distribution channels as much as I'm looking at the P&L and other financials.

If the distribution channels are in place and big enough, I can use my 12-step offer and launch framework to flip the company around.

If a company doesn't have established distribution channels, they better have freaking amazing financials for me to continue considering it.

Funnels can be used to guide a user through many things. The obvious ones are leads and sales. The not-so-obvious is fulfillment and onboarding, but now I'm using them for company acquisitions. Here's what's happening…

I've been asking myself what's in play for me in the next 5 years that I can get so focused on to delete 80% of everything else, which is a super hard thing to do, but I've done it anyways.

We've just started buying partial or full companies at certain stages and fixing them up.

And since season two of this show is dedicated to documenting my journey to 100 million, I think this new M&A vehicle will get me there faster.

Removing your own time from the business is the simplest start to building a REAL business in the results-based economy.

I like selling in the results-based economy and not the time-based economy.

If time is how you measure value, you are still stuck in the lower-class economy. The results-based economy is a better life. Nobody cares how long it takes if you get the result they want.

What does all this mean?

It means creating a scalable offer and business that relies on systems and processes, not your time as the offer creator.

You are not the offer!

I'm looking for someone with experience in funnel building, but that will not be the main thing. You'll also do a lot of project management, social media stuff, and everything else I do.

This paid position will also help you gain marketing and funnel experience, which you can use to do your own thing later.

1
