I love the Linchpin model. In fact, I have changed everything in my business to it. And yours truly even got to write the foreword on Russell Brunson's upcoming book about the said business model.

But I haven't seen anyone turn their event funnel into this Linchpin model yet.

So while I was on an airplane to Miami, with some caffeine and dubstep, I had another epiphany that blew my mind.

I created a fantastic new event funnel type using the Linchpin model!

When it comes to funnels, most marketers would think of it as purely for customer acquisition.

But here's one of my biggest realizations for the past year: You can utilize funnels in so many ways!

And the first thing you have to do is do what the market leader is doing. That's it.

It's just ridiculous not to copy how leaders acquire customers. 

Come to think of it. When you straight out clone the content king, you also limit the number of variables you're risking. And customer acquisition is something you should not gamble on in the first place.

From there, you can use the same customer acquisition funnel to make an EPIC funnel for onboarding and fulfillment.

And in today's episode, I will describe in detail what I mean about this.
